What makes a feasibility study decision-ready?
Good feasibility work is not a document that says “yes”. It is an evidence-based decision framework that clarifies uncertainty, identifies risks and compares credible alternatives.
A useful study connects market demand to the operating model, capital requirements, financing structure and long-run cash flows. It distinguishes assumptions from evidence; tests downside scenarios; considers the institutional capacity needed for implementation; and gives investors or public sponsors a clear basis on which to proceed, revise or stop.
